From Buffalo, Blasdell Ext 56 & Rt 179/Milestrip Road - Follow Rt. 5 West to fork in road, bear left towards Rt. 75/Camp Road - stay in the left lane. Pass St. Francis football field (on your left). Immediately after signal at Lassale, make a left into Bukaty Family Chiropractic parking lot just after St. Francis Church.
